1. Sugar-Free Granola

You Will Need:

a) 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
b) 2 tbsp olive oil
c) 2 cups rolled oats
d) 1/2 a handful of strawberries or apple
e) 1 and a 1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds
f) 1/4 cup of orange juice
g) 2 tbsp of hung yogurt
h) 10 almonds chopped
i) 14 grams flax seeds
j) 1 tbsp sesame seeds


a) Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
b) Mix the juice in oats and add all the left ingredients and spread them on a baking tray.
c) Bake it for 45 minutes and stir the mixture well in between.
d) Remove it from oven and cool it down.
e) Add yogurt, fresh fruits, and almonds.
f) You can also add honey (one tablespoon) to it.
g) Voila, your dish is ready to serve.

2. Two-In-One-Phirni 

Cooking time: 40 minutes
Preparation time: 10 minutes

You Will Need:

a) 10 almonds (Peeled and shredded)
b) 3/4 cup artificial sweetener
c) 5 cups skimmed milk
d) Green color (for taste)
e) 1/4 tsp rose essence
f) 2 tbsp (40 grams) pasta (peeled and powdered)
g) Powder of 6 cardamoms
h) 1/3 cup (60 gm) rice, soaked in hot water for half an hour
i) Vark (silver leaf) for garnishing (optional)


a) Filter the rice and put it in a blender
b) Add a little amount of milk and blend it.
c) Boil the milk in a saucepan and add the rice and boil it again.
d) Reduce the heat and simmer again with continuous stirring in between till it becomes a thick mixture.
e) Do this for 20 to 35 minutes.
f) Remove it from heat and add sweetener and cardamom powder.
g) Partition the Phirni into two parts and add pasta to one piece and rose essence to another.
h) Transfer the white Phirni to a bowl and keep it in the fridge for some time.
i) Leave the other part of the room and when the white portion is set, pour green piece over it.
j) Finally, garnish with almonds and keep it in the fridge and serve cold.

3. Rice Pudding

Preparation time: 10 Minutes

You Will Need:

For the Rice Pudding:

a) 100 ml milk
b) 150 gm cooked basmati rice
c) 3 to 4 lime leaves
d) 250 ml of coconut milk
e) 3 to 4 measures of sugar-free
f) 1/4 tsp of fresh nutmeg powder
g) 1 small lemongrass stalk
h) 1 to 2 cardamom pods
i) 1 cinnamon stick

For the Pineapple-Ginger Dessert:

a) 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
b) 1 tbsp lime juice
c) 200 gm finely chopped fresh pineapple
d) 1/2 tsp lime zest (nearly 1/2 lime)
e) 4 measures sugar-free
f) 1 tsp butter


For Rice Pudding:

a) Mix milk and coconut milk in a saucepan along with small lemongrass stalk and lime leaves, nutmeg, cinnamon stick, and cardamom.
b) Boil them over medium to high heat.
c) Now minimize the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes till it gets slightly thick.
d) Strain the milk into another saucepan.
e) Come back to the mixture and cook it for 10 to 15minutes while frequently stirring in between till it becomes thick.

For Pineapple Ginger dessert:

a) Add butter to a hot pan.
b) Once it gets melted, add chopped pineapple and cook it in butter till it becomes soft.
c) Add ginger, lime zest, lime juice, and sugar-free.
d) Mix all the items till it gets minimized to a thick mixture.
e) Pour hot pudding into a bowl and garnish it with ginger and pineapple dessert.

4. Celery Soup (Low Fat)

Cooking time: 30 Minutes
Preparation time: 5 Minutes

b) Add garlic, onion, and ginger and fry it for nearly 2 minutes.
c) Add chopped celery and cook for 5 minutes.
d) Finally, add chicken stock and keep the heat to low.
e) Simmer it for nearly 10 minutes till it becomes soft.
f) Add pepper and salt and mix them well.
g) Add milk and salt.
h) Remove from heat and cool down.
i) Blend the mixture and then come back to the saucepan to warm it well.
