Now pour warm water in a heatproof bowl and dip one rice paper in water to make it soft. Prepare filling for rolls, take fresh chopped carrots, capsicums and bean sprouts.

Place little vegetable oil on rice paper and spread the rice over the paper. Then add veggies in the rice and sprinkle half teaspoon of salt. Roll up the rice paper carefully to enclose the filling. Serve veritable rolls with tomato sauce.
