Research indicates that meditation is best exercise to reduce stress. Your little practice can make you stress free. Meditation clears the pathway and gives relaxation to your brain. It is quite simple to mediate. Sit up straight with cross legs on the floor and close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Now concentrate and think about good things like your happy moments, things that you love. You will feel great after meditation.
Go for a Walk
Walking is also an influential stress relieving exercise. This exercise requires no equipments but need to spare some time from your daily routine. To relive stress you should walk for about one hour at a peaceful place. To get up early in the morning for walk is best and goals to walk at least four times in a week.
You can do some standing exercises to get relief from stress. Put your legs straight on the floor and keep your shoulders flat. Then lift your right leg and bend it at the knees, make a 90-degree angle to the floor. Fetch your right knee across your body until it touches the floor. Increase some stretch by pushing down your knee with your left hand. Repeat the exercise same for the left side.
Lay Down and Deep Breathing
This is the most comfortable exercise for stress relief. Start this exercise by lay down on your back and keep your legs straight. Put your hands on your abdomen, inhale slowly and focus on pulling your belly. Push your abdomen towards your back and exhale slowly.
Another good exercise to reduce stress is swimming. You should give at least 20 minutes to swim four times in a week. Swimming uses almost every muscle of your body and you will feel relax after swimming.
